Meteor can be switched out with Hydras depending on what you like more. Once they get close (and they will), use frost nova and immediately follow with a timed explosion right in the middle of the frozen pack, relocate and on the way follow with several meteors, repeat. I use Frost Nova with cooldown rune as the first defensive ability because Teleport cooldown is too long, plus freezing a bunch of grouped up enemies opens up for Explosion and Meteor, which is great for group DPS.
